Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed for 100% satisfaction. Unsatisfied customers can return items to any W.E. Aubuchon Co., Inc store. New, unused merchandise (with original packaging where applicable) can be refunded or exchanged with the original sales receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If merchandise is opened, used, missing parts, or damaged, the manufacturer should be contacted first, as the manufacturer's warranty would likely cover the issue at no cost to the customer.

General Requirements for Returns

All returns require the original receipt and a valid picture ID. Items returned after 30 days may be refunded using a cash card (store credit) upon the store manager's authorization.

Return Policy Exceptions

Returns for purchases made with a cash card (store credit), reward or gift card:

Will be refunded as a cash card (store credit) or reward.

Returns made without a valid sales receipt:

May be refunded as a cash card (store credit) at the lowest advertised price, and only if the store manager has authorized the return.

Cash and cash card purchases exceeding $250.00:

When accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be refunded by check sent from the W.E. Aubuchon corporate office. This requires 7-10 business days.

Special order returns or cancellations:

Must be returned to the same store where the purchase was made.

Merchandise that is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable

  • Generators, sump pumps, shop vacuums, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and outdoor power equipment (if defective, it may be repaired or exchanged for a new one).
  • Gift Cards and Cash Cards (store credit).
  • Custom cut window shades.
  • Custom color interior/exterior paints and exterior stain (will be addressed by correcting to the appropriate color if possible).
  • Rental Equipment.
